This host (scan-us-east-1.lyqent.com) is operated by Lyqent and is part of a distributed scanning infrastructure used for academic internet measurement and attack surface management.

We conduct non-intrusive internet-wide service enumeration to catalog public-facing service distributions, protocol adoption, and known vulnerability exposure across the IPv4 address space. Our methodology is strictly observational.

• Non-intrusive banner grabbing, TLS/SSL handshake analysis, and security header verification
• Service version identification mapped against known CVEs for academic risk-modeling
• All scanner nodes resolve to rDNS records under lyqent.com for clear attribution
• Strictly observational: no authentication attempts, no brute-force, and zero exploitation of discovered vulnerabilities
